BRDFRTCO Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BRDFRTCO. Please review our shipping policy for accurate processing times, delivery estimates, and order responsibilities.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

You will receive a separate email once your order ships.

During high-volume periods (holidays, new drops, restocks), processing times may be longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA – Mainland):

5–7 business days

Hawaii & Alaska:

2–5 business days

International Shipping:

Not available at this time.

Note:
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or seasonal volume.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, but may use UPS or other carriers depending on package size and location.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notify us within 3 hours of placing your order, we will try to update the address before fulfillment.

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require additional reshipping fees paid by the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for these cases.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once tracking is provided and the package is in the hands of the carrier, BRDFRTCO is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for support.


Agreement

By placing an order with BRDFRTCO, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy, including our processing times, delivery estimates, and responsibilities regarding lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.
